Quick Take: As their label states, Testosyn is a high-performance test-x complex. Uhh, I honestly don’t know what that means but what I do know, is this: With heavy dosages and high-quality forms of some of the world’s best testosterone boosting nutrients, TestoSyn is among the few elites in the industry. This review will guide you through what makes TestoSyn such a synfully indulgent supplement. Read up, men!
- A product of XPI, Testosyn guarantees to “boost your testosterone to a whole new level”. Don’t all testosterone boosters do that, though?
- This is a revamped version of the previous formula. It now has added ingredients while still retaining the herbs of the previous stack.
- The ingredients highlighted by their website are Fenugreek, DAA, Boron, Tribulus Terrestris, and Horny Goat Weed
- Taking TestoSyn with other Zinc heavy food or supplements may be risky. More on this later.
- BioPerine® makes its way into this formula, making everything here a lot more bioavailable.
- Available to buy online and in retail stores including Amazon but probably not in GNC.

TestoSyn’s T-Boosters & Other Ingredients
Vitamin D3 – Research suggests that higher levels of this sunshine vitamin correlate to higher levels of testosterone. As such, it’s always a good idea to maintain healthy levels of Vitamin D.
Zinc – As a raw material required for testosterone synthesis, Zinc is one of the few nutrients that’s undoubtedly essential for healthy test. Simply said, no Zinc means no testosterone.
Boron – Along with Zinc, I consider Boron as one of the manliest minerals. Not only does it reduce SHBG for more “free” testosterone, it also boosts another androgen in DHT as well as promoting higher levels of Vitamin D for even more boosts in testosterone.
D-Aspartic Acid – With a study showing as much as a 42% boost in testosterone in as little as 12 days, DAA is one of most balls-out natural T-boosters known today.
Fenugreek – This herb primarily improves libido and physical performance but it also seems capable of limiting the conversion of testosterone into either estrogen or DHT. The result is higher levels of “free” testosterone (at the cost of DHT) and lower levels of estrogen.
Tribulus Terrestris – TestoSyn supplies this herb in a potent extract standardized for 40% of its active saponins. This potency translates to effective boosts in libido despite not actually being a strong testosterone booster.
Eurycoma Longifolia (Tongkat Ali) – Traditionally used for boosting libido, research suggests that Tongkat Ali can also help optimize testosterone to cortisol ratios, possibly making it a beneficial bodybuilding supplement. Although I would’ve loved seeing this in its most potent 100:1 extract, 20:1 is still quite concentrated.
Maca – Like tribulus, Maca has been formerly marketed as a powerful testosterone booster but in truth, it only helps with libido. Furthermore, its dosage in TestoSyn does seem rather weak.
Horny Goat Weed – Obviously, this here is meant to get you horny especially being standardized for 10% Icariins. It lacks a bit of power in the dosage department though.
BioPerine® – Enhances nutrient absorption which consequently also improves the bioavailability of the entire TestoSyn formula.
Each serving of TestoSyn consists of 3 capsules and as instructed by XPI, these capsules are to be taken twice per day with 8-12 oz of water for a total of 6 caps daily. For optimal results, XPI also suggests taking your first serving of TestoSyn first thing in the morning and the second serving right before bedtime.
NOTE: The dosages you see above are the dosages for a single serving only. Since XPI suggests taking 2 servings daily, the dosages will be doubled as well.
This version of TestoSyn is an update and supposedly an improvement over their previous formula. This stack now includes vitamin D, zinc, and boron which are some of the best natural testosterone boosting nutrients being used in today’s supplements. TestoSyn immediately follows these up with DAA. With these ingredients all given potent forms and massive dosages, I can already consider TestoSyn as an effective and efficient stack for testosterone.
Too much Zinc can prove to be fatal especially if taken at extended periods of time. TestoSyn supplies a whopping total daily dose of 60 mg and while this IS a higher dose compared to most other testosterone boosting supplements, it doesn’t seem to be too high to cause any dangerous side effects. That said, I still urge you to be cautious and try to limit any additional Zinc intake.
Along with the addition of some of today’s best test boosters, this newer version of TestoSyn still retains all of the herbs used in the previous formula. As compensation to the added ingredients, however, TestoSyn settled with lesser forms and/or dosages of the remaining herbs. In particular, I think Maca and Horny Goat Weed are now dosed too low to have huge impacts on libido.
No matter, the added boost in testosterone from the newly added nutrients more than makes up for this loss as boosts in testosterone also translate to boosts in libido (but not vice versa). Furthermore, Tongkat Ali, Fenugreek, and Tribulus still have adequate dosages that allow them to further boost “free” testosterone, libido, and physical performance while also lowering levels of T-killing hormones such as cortisol and estrogen.
Overall, while I don’t think Testosyn is the most powerful testosterone booster, it’s designed well enough to be a part of the few elites. With its already potent manly ingredients paired with BioPerine, Testosyn is capable of boosting significant amounts of testosterone while also promoting improved sexual and physical health.
Does it Work?
Massive dosages and top-shelf forms of Zinc, Vitamin D3, Boron, and DAA are pretty much give-aways that, YES, TestoSyn works. In fact, it’s pretty darn powerful.
The rest of the ingredients in TestoSyn aren’t anything to joke about either. Although they did get downgrades, most of them are still effective at what they do. That said, I think the demographic that fits the effects of TestoSyn best are the old-timers that want to regain their youthful testosterone, sex drive, and physical fitness. Young dudes can still benefit from this formula though and are always welcome to try it.
- Safe – Aside from smelling like maple syrup because of Fenugreek, the customer reviews I’ve read haven’t reported any major side effects. Be weary about your Zinc intake though.
- Effective and efficient -A lot of testosterone products are effective but with Testo Syn’s potent ingredients, it’s also quite efficient.
- DAA – I just can’t stress enough how awesome this ingredient is for testosterone.
- UPDATED – Although the herbs did get downgrades, TestoSyn more than makes up for this minor loss with more powerful boosts in testosterone.
- Expensive – Prices may vary but on average, a bottle of TestoSyn costs around $60. It’s not too expensive but it is a little heavy on the wallet.
- Herbal downgrades – I like this newer version but I wish XPI didn’t have to sacrifice the herbs.
- Feel-goods – This isn’t necessarily bad but herbs such as Maca, Tribulus, and Horny Goat Weed all boost libido without necessarily affecting levels of test.
The Bottom Line
If it was wrong to want to have peak levels of testosterone while I gain muscle and make my wife happier in bed, then god bless me for I am about to be a TestoSynner. With this new and improved formula, TestoSyn solidifies its position as one of the best natural test supplements in the market. It’s a stack using some of the most effective testosterone boosters that any man, especially dudes above their 30’s, can take full advantage of.
