Quick Take: Testogenix is a natural testosterone booster of 15 ingredients enclosed in clean capsules. What I like about it is that most of its ingredients are supplied in top-notch quality and it even has some of the most effective testosterone boosters such as DAA, Mucuna Pruriens, and ZMA. However, it’s also riddled by a general lack of dosage which limits this supposedly impressive formula. Find out more in the review below.
- Testogenix is a product that’s advertised to simply be a “natural testosterone booster”.
- It has the complete ZMA trio of Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6
- Also has potent Tribulus Terrestris to effectively boost libido
- Dosage seems to be the major issue of the entire Testogenix formula
- Ingredient quality is on point which should help the stack to be somewhat effective despite limited dose
- Available to buy online and in retail stores including the Testogenix website and Amazon. I can’t find it on GNC though.

Testogenix’s T-Boosters & Other Ingredients
Vitamin B6 – As shown in research, low levels of Vitamin B6 may also lead to lower levels of testosterone. This is suggestive of this vitamin’s role in maintaining healthy levels of test. Pyridoxine HCl isn’t its best form though but the dosage here does look adequate.
Magnesium – This mineral is involved in over 300 enzymatic/metabolic reactions in our body but specifically for testosterone, it helps lower levels of SHBG and reduce oxidative stress for more “free” T.
Zinc – Perhaps the most essential mineral for testosterone, Zinc acts as a raw material used in testosterone synthesis. Furthermore, it also helps maintain high levels of test after intense exercise.
D-Aspartic Acid – Research states that D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) can boost testosterone by as much as 42% in just 12 days. To my knowledge, that’s way more powerful than any other natural testosterone booster. However, do take note that the research also used a much heavier dose (3,120 mg) compared to the meager 500 mg supplied here on Testogenix.
Tribulus Terrestris – This herb is a better libido booster than it is a testosterone supplement especially being potently standardized to 60% saponins. However, it might be able to influence test in older men with already deficient levels.
Cissus Quadrangularis – Doesn’t seem to have any benefits on testosterone but if you regularly lift heavy weights during your bodybuilding or training sessions, supplementing on this herb may help keep your joints healthy and pain free.
Maca – Like Tribulus Terrestris, this herb has been falsely marketed as a powerful testosterone booster. However, according to research, all it really does is improve libido without affecting our hormones.
Eurycoma Longifolia (Tongkat Ali) – Traditionally used for libido but it also seems capable of balancing the testosterone:cortisol ratio. This effect also makes it a viable supplement for bodybuilding.
Avena Sativa (Oat Straw) – This herb is mostly seen in nootropic supplements but it may have some benefits on fitness, too. In particular, it’s loaded with protein and even has L-Arginine to possibly improve circulation for better muscle pumps.
Horny Goat Weed – As you might already be able to tell, this herb is meant to make both goats and humans horny. It’s not exactly a testosterone booster though but more of a testosterone mimic.
Banaba – This herb has been used as a natural remedy for high blood sugar and through the same mechanisms, it may also have fat burning benefits.
N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl – L-Carnitine is an amino acid that has plenty of healthy benefits including that of improved energy, fat loss, memory, and testosterone post-exercise. However, dosage on this is significantly lower compared to what’s being used in research and in this form, it seems more effective as a nootropic.
Mucuna Pruriens – This herb contains the active ingredient L-Dopa which holds a lot of promise in terms of testosterone boosting.
Resveratrol – The evidence on this quite conflicting as some sources say it helps lower levels of estrogen while some say it mimics the effects of the female hormone as a phytoestrogen.
BioPerine – No testosterone benefits whatsoever but it makes the entire Testogenix formula better by improving nutrient absorption.
Simply take 1 serving (3 capsules) per day with 12 oz water. For best results, take before or after exercise.
Testogenix has a total of 15 ingredients and a sum total of only 1900 mg dosage per serving. Right off the bat, let me just tell you that that’s a problem. 15 is only slightly more than what most testosterone products have so that’s really not the issue but at this dosage, a lot of these ingredients can’t function to their full capacity.
This is unfortunate because a lot of the ingredients found here on Testogenix do have solid potential to benefit male health. To be fair though, Testogenix also has ingredients that get adequate dosages. Specifically, there’s ZMA which is beneficial to athletes, Tribulus Terrestris which can get any man’s libido flowing, and Cissus Quadralingus to help alleviate joint pain.
Sadly, a lot of ingredients that are supposedly effective at boosting testosterone aren’t getting the attention they deserve. In particular, there’s DAA, Tongkat Ali, and Mucuna Pruriens that would’ve given Testogenix a testosterone boosting power comparable to that of the best T-boosters in today’s market had they been given ample dosage.
Thankfully though, Testogenix is filled with high quality ingredients and if anything, this also shows the quality of the entire stack. That said, some of these ingredients might still offer a bit of their services despite being limited by minimal dosage.
Does it Work?
Like I said, the quality of most ingredients used in this stack can allow Testogenix to work but because of its limited dosage, don’t expect to experience the full force of the ingredients. Overall, I see boosted libido and the effects of ZMA such as better sleep and recovery being the most prominent benefits.
Of course, Testogenix can also boost testosterone but only ever so slightly compared to the likes of more well-dosed stacks such as Prime Male.
- Clean – Testogenix is an all natural formula that doesn’t bombard its capsules with fancy but useless artificial colorings.
- Safe – None of the ingredients used here pose any major side effects especially since most of them are given in top-shelf forms
- ZMA – Has a good reputation for being effective among athletes and physically active men who like to flex their hard-earned muscles. It’s also among the few ingredients here that get an adequate dose
- Boosted sex drive – You can thank the potent Tribulus Terrestris for this
- Dosage – This seems to be the primary limiter here on Testogenix
- Wasted potential – Especially on DAA and Mucuna Pruriens
- Mixed reviews – After analyzing the formula, I actually expected this. Based on the Amazon customer reviews, Testogenix seems to be 50:50 on either being effective or being totally useless.
The Bottom Line
To me, Testogenix is a product that could’ve made waves in the testosterone boosting industry had it been given more milligrams to work with. Regardless, it can still work for older men trying to rekindle their lost appetite for sex and improve their physical state through better rest and recovery. For testosterone though, it can only do so much.
