Quick Take: I’m going to be totally honest with you, bro. Almost everything about SteelFit Steel Hard is rock solid – the dosages, the quality, the science, you name it. Of course, it’s not perfect but in my opinion, it’s one of the more promising testosterone boosters being sold today. Check out the review and find out why I’m so impressed at this formula.
- SteelFit® (the maker of Steel Hard) uses the slogan “Skin Fitness + Sports Nutrition”. Is it just me or is that an odd combo?
- Steel Hard is advertised to be a “physician inspired testosterone booster”
- From the very first vitamin to the very last herb, all the ingredients here have an effect on testosterone
- Dosage is generally remarkable but I personally would’ve loved more Vitamin D
- Ingredient quality is mostly outstanding, too, but the individual elements of ZMA could’ve used better forms
- Available to buy online and in retail stores including Amazon and the SteelFit® website

SteelFit Steel Hard – Ingredients Review
Vitamin D3 – According to research, men with sufficient levels of Vitamin D have significantly higher testosterone levels. Furthermore, this D3 form makes it stronger and more potent than its D2 counterpart.
Vitamin B6 – Similar to Vitamin D, research suggests that Vitamin B6 levels are correlated to levels of testosterone. This 10.5 dosage is superb but I do wish the form was P-5-P instead of this cheaper Pyridoxine Hydrochloride.
Magnesium – Supplementing with this manly mineral increases testosterone in both sedentary and athletic men. However, the increase in testosterone is more evident in men who regularly exercise. This oxide form is dirt cheap but for starters, this 450 mg a solid dose.
Zinc – To me, Zinc is the most badass mineral for testosterone for the sole reason that it’s a necessity in the T-making process. Moreover, research suggests that it may be beneficial to athletic performance because it inhibits the testosterone-drop after exercise. Again, this Sulfate form isn’t the best but at this solid 30 mg dosage, I’ll give it a pass.
Individually, these nutrients are already solid natural testosterone boosters. However, when they’re combined together, they’re so much better.
Athletes have been using this trio for what seems like ages now and for good reason. Aside from the obvious testosterone boosting benefits, ZMA also helps rock you to sleep which in turn helps your muscles recover.
Chromium – According to research, cortisol can reduce the rise in cortisol in both rats and humans. Since raising cortisol is our body’s response to hardcore exercises, chromium’s cortisol inhibiting effects could lead to better muscle growth.
Boron – If there’s a rock that can turn us into supermen, it’s Boron. Not only does it boost androgens testosterone and cortisol, it also boosts other natural T boosters such as Magnesium and Vitamin D.
Testofen® – This is a premium brand of Fenugreek. The herb itself is already pretty manly with its benefits on sex and muscle strength but Testofen® in particular has research that supports its use as a testosterone booster.
KSM-66® – Research states that this particular brand of Ashwagandha can naturally boost testosterone. Furthermore, it also has benefits on libido, sperm, physical performance, and even helps the body adapt to stress and fatigue.
LJ100® – Here’s a branded form of Tongkat Ali. The herb itself is legendary in the realm of libido boosters but as shown in research, it can also boost testosterone while lowering cortisol in moderately stressed subjects.
Panax Ginseng – Ginseng has plenty of health benefits but when it comes to male health specifically, Panax is believed to be best. According to research, this herb is effective in reducing fatigue after exercise.

Let’s start this off with an analysis of how effective the ingredients used here on SteelFit Steel Hard are.
This is probably common sense to most of us but when you want any supplement to be effective, you need enough of it to work. When it comes to dosage, I think this product is nearly perfect. I mean, SteelFit Steel Hard just nails everything except for Vitamin D’s 1000 IU dosage. To be honest, if I wasn’t being so picky, that would actually be a pretty decent dose.
Moving on, another factor that influences how effective supplements can be is the quality of its ingredients. In this aspect, I think SteelFit Steel Hard is better than most of what’s currently out on the market. I do wish the individual elements of ZMA had better forms but to me, the fact that Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6 are used in tandem sort of makes up for it.
Now that we’ve established that SteelFit Steel Hard has the dosage and the ingredient quality to be effective, the next question should be…
What is SteelFit Steel Hard effective for?
Short Answer: testosterone, sex, and bodybuilding
That basically sums it up but let me explain anyway.
From top to bottom, SteelFit Steel Hard has the goods to influence testosterone both directly and indirectly. This is a good thing because basically, the more pathways a T booster stimulates, the better it is at boosting T. What’s so interesting about this stack though is that its indirect benefits on testosterone also give it the power to influence muscle growth.
In particular, Chromium, LJ100®, and KSM-66® can regulate cortisol, ZMA can help you sleep, and Testofen® helps lower estrogen. Besides being indirectly healthy for testosterone, these effects also bolster muscle recovery. Plus, you get performance benefits from multiple ingredients, too. When it comes to sex, literally all the herbs here boost libido so that’s pretty much self-explainatory.
SteelFit Steel Hard Benefits: Does it Work?
If I hadn’t made it clear yet then yes, SteelFit Steel Hard works.
It doesn’t quite make my list of the best testosterone supplements but to be very honest, it’s knocking right outside the door of this elusive club. For men looking to grow lean muscle, improve their sex life, and boost testosterone, I strongly recommend trying this supplement.
SteelFit Steel Hard Review Summary
- Scientific – SteelFit Steel Hard only uses ingredients with scientific evidence
- Effective – Dosage and ingredient quality on fleek!
- Efficient – It’s not everyday you see a testosterone booster stimulate so many pathways
- Safe – Apart from a few minor gastric side effects from Zinc Sulfate and maybe smelling like maple syrup because of Fenugreek, I don’t see any major cause for concern.
- ZMA – It’s a good combo but it could’ve been so much better if Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6 were given in better forms
- Vitamin D3 – I’m just being petty but I want more of this sunshine vitamin
- Lack of reviews – For something so good, I’m surprised it has zero customer reviews on Amazon
The Bottom Line
In my opinion, SteelFit Steel Hard has a bit more work to do before it climbs the ladder all the way to the top. For what it currently is though, it’s already a damn good testosterone booster. There’s just not a lot of natural T supplements out there that hit as hard and as effectively as this one. As such, I’m giving this my two thumbs up.
