Quick Take: Sheer Strength seems to clearly see the value of testosterone when it comes to building a better physique as they made three testosterone boosting supplements. Two of these said supplements are Sheer Test and Sheer Alpha Plus (the 3rd one being Sheer Alpha). One stack is enclosed in capsules while the other one comes in fruity powder but both use potent and well-researched ingredients that’re proven for testosterone. Which one’s the better supplement? Let’s get to the versus review and find out.
Sheer Test Features
- A featured product of Sheer Strength that, as the label says, is designed for “natural test support”
- Falls one ingredient short of the ZMA trio by not having Vitamin B6 in the formula
- Has the powerful DAA dosed at 650 mg
- Other testosterone boosters include Vitamin D3, Tongkat Ali and standardized Fenugreek
- Non-testosterone boosting ingredients (Fadogia Agrestis and Ginkgo Biloba) are meant to curb side effects of steroids while also giving its user a cerebral edge

Sheer Test VS. Sheer Alpha Plus: My Analysis
Both of them have DAA as their primary ingredients. Both supplied their DAA-supporting cast in potent forms. They’re both also better than your average testosterone stack and only use some of the best natural testosterone boosters the world has to offer. However, even with these similarities, they’re both constructed very differently. Let me give you a short rundown on both these products.
Sheer Test is a stack of mostly proven and well-researched ingredients that are given potent forms and generally decent dosages. However, a couple of its strongest testosterone boosters aren’t really getting the attention they deserve. Particularly, I’m talking about DAA and Vitamin D3. With just 650 mg and 400 IU respectively, these ingredients are clearly not being utilized to their full potential.
Aside from those two though, the other ingredients in Sheer Test all have solid dosages. Ingredients like Zinc, Magnesium, Fenugreek and Tongkat Ali can be found here and all are great test boosters in their own right. Combined, these ingredients boost total and “free” testosterone, improve physical performance and libido, and regulate hormones to promote anabolism.
The other two ingredients in the Sheer Test formula are Fadogia Agrestis and Ginkgo Biloba. Together, they add a cerebral and PCT twist to Sheer Test. Overall, Sheer Test is a-cut-above-the-rest kind of testosterone booster that would’ve been so much better with solid dosages on DAA and Vitamin D3.
Sheer Alpha Plus
Sheer Alpha Plus is a powdered testosterone booster that starts its formula with a heavy 3200 mg dose of DAA. With this alone, you could almost guarantee a massive boost in test in just a few days. Sheer Alpha Plus has more though. So much more.
With potent and well-dosed Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6, Sheer Alpha Plus forms the legendary trio of ZMA, effectively adding a sports nutritional side to Sheer Alpha Plus as well as further increase the potential boosts in testosterone. To add even more punch to an already powerful stack, Sheer Alpha Plus adds in 3 more proven test boosters in Vitamin D, Boron, and Ashwagandha. With these, Sheer Alpha Plus has solidified its testosterone elevating prowess to be at an elite level.
But, didn’t I tell you there was so much more? Sheer Alpha Plus isn’t done as it also has Maca and Fadogia Agrestis. While both these ingredients aren’t testosterone boosters, they add an effective boost to libido and stamina while also protecting your manhood from the ball-shrinking side effects brought about by anabolic steroid abuse. You know, just in case you need it.
Conclusion: Which is Better?
First, let me just say this. Sheer Strength, you guys did a wonderful job on Sheer Test and Sheer Alpha Plus. Both of these stacks aren’t your everyday, average Joe kind of testosterone boosters. To be fair, a lot of testosterone supplements have those same ingredients but sadly, most of them don’t have the same qualities, dosages, and combinations that both Sheer Test and Sheer Alpha Plus provide.
Which now begs the question: Which is better? The answer, my friends, is Sheer Alpha Plus.
While both of them have solid ingredients, Sheer Test had a couple of dosage derps on DAA and Vitamin D. Sheer Alpha Plus doesn’t have that same problem on both of those ingredients. Additionally, Sheer Alpha Plus also has Vitamin B6 which completes the ZMA trio that Sheer Test would’ve also had, had it included Vitamin B6 in its formula.
At the end of the day though, Sheer Test is also an above average testosterone booster so you’re not wrong if you decide to buy this instead.
