Quick Take: One part of the label sports a deer (?) looking like it has its DNA mapped out while another part of the label has the picture of a doctor. All in all, the exterior of this supplement looks like it has a lot of scientific thought put into it but, the inside? A whole different story. RedT Male Testosterone Support does seem to involve a wide range of benefits to male health but not a single one of these hit hard. I’ll explain more in the actual review.
- Red T Male Testosterone Support is a product of Alpha Health LLC
- One of the products supposedly marketed by a naturapathic doctor named Dr Eric Wood (more on this later)
- Contains DHEA – a substance that may get you banned for doping
- Has two premium ingredients in Opti-Zinc® and HMRlignan® but a large number of the other supplements aren’t testosterone boosters
- Low dosages all across the board
- Available to buy for a sale price on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay but it’s not on GNC.

RedT Male Testosterone Support’s T-Boosters & Other Ingredients
Opti-Zinc® – One of the better brands of one of the best minerals for testosterone (Zinc). However, 7.5 mg is a low dose.
Chrysin – A flavonoid commonly found in the Blue Passion Flower but has only shown testosterone boosting potential when injected directly into the testicles, not as an oral supplement.
Stinging Nettle – Lignans found in this herb binds to SHBG in place of testosterone, resulting in more “free” test. Also, this plant inhibits aromatase and 5-alpha-reductase which are enzymes that convert testosterone to estrogen or DHT respectively.
Muira Puama – Used as a traditional libido booster but doesn’t have much research (if any) with regards to testosterone.
Guarana – A plant rich in caffeine and therefore has the same energy, focus, and fat-burning benefits.
Did you know? The fat incinerating and energy boosting benefits of coffee (caffeine) stem from its ability to increase thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Through this, your body uses fat cells for energy and generates more heat, culminating in additional burned calories.
Green Tea – Improves metabolism and inhibits fat digesting enzymes. One research even suggests that taking green tea improves exercise-induced weight loss.
Tribulus Terrestris – Strongly marketed as a testosterone booster despite research suggesting otherwise. It does the sex drive good though.
L-Arginine – Improves blood flow by increasing nitric oxide production. This might indirectly boost testosterone by enhancing blood flow to the testicles but this isn’t a very reliable theory.
DHEA – Banned by WADA as a steroid precursor (to testosterone and estrogen) but despite its illegal state in multiple sports leagues, it doesn’t really do much for test. It does seem to increase muscle growth by influencing growth factor hormones though.
Maca – Helps with libido and stamina but does so without affecting testosterone levels.
HMRlignan® – A branded form of Norway Spruce that’s standardized to 90% Hydroxymatairesinol Potassium Acetate (HMR). It’s shown to be beneficial for prostate health but has also been seen to promote estrogenic activity.
Black Pepper – No benefits to male health whatsoever but does improve the absorption of the entire RedT Male Testosterone Support formula
RedT Male Testosterone Support Directions
Each serving of RedT Male Testosterone Support consists of just a single (1) capsule. As instructed, just take 1 capsule per day with plenty of water.
Everything’s messed up, man. I mean, really messed up. I’m telling you as early as now: I’m not impressed. Not in the slightest. The choice of ingredients is poor and the dosage is even worse. However, RedT didn’t actually label itself as a testosterone booster per se, but a male testosterone support so, uhmm, maybe I’m being a little bit too critical? Let’s find out.
In terms of testosterone, there’s two ingredients who you can sort of count on: Zinc and Stinging Nettle. I say ‘sort of’ because although zinc is given as a premium brand, the dosage is sub-par. Given that you’re not that deficient, it may still work to support healthy testosterone levels but it won’t boost it beyond that.
Unless you’re willing to inject Chrysin into your testicles, I don’t see RedT Male Testosterone Support boosting any more testosterone. Further worsening their already mild testosterone boosting prowess is the potential feminine side effects brought about by Norway spruce’s estrogen-like activity.
To be fair, at least it’s good for the prostate. Moreover, RedT Male Testosterone Support might also be capable of supporting energy, libido, and body composition through the rest of its ingredients but like I said in the beginning, the dosage doesn’t really make it very effective for any of these supposed benefits.
Does it Work?
Honestly? Not so much. Compared to some of the best testosterone boosters currently in the market, RedT Male Testosterone Support doesn’t even hold a candle. As a support for male health, it’s still not that good but it does have multiple benefits albeit minimal including mild testosterone boosts, prostate protection, libido, and stamina.
There might be a bit of bodybuilding potential here as well with DHEA’s influence on growth factor and guarana and caffeine’s fat burning. You might want to stay away from RedT Male Testosterone Support if you’re a competing athlete though as your blood tests might return positive for doping. For safe, legal, and powerful muscle and testosterone boosts, you might want to check out another review (TestoFuel).
- Diverse – The relatively large number of ingredients seem to act on multiple aspects of male health
- Natural – Red T Male Testosterone Support’s all natural formula should make Mother Nature proud somewhat.
- Cheap – It’s being sold at under $12 on Amazon with a 2-day free shipping option.
- Reputation – Speaking of Amazon, RedT Male Testosterone support does have positive reviews and ratings so it must be doing something right.
- Poor ingredient roster – A lot of these ingredients are under researched and ineffective
- Poor dosages – All across the board.
- Weak benefits – It hits on multiple elements of male health but the hits are weaker than a toddler’s tantrums.
RedT Male Testosterone Support is supposedly recommended by a certain naturopathic physician by the name of Dr. Eric Wood. I did a google search on him and to be fair, he may actually be a real person because he does seem to have his own website. Until I see more evidence though, I personally can’t guarantee this person’s authenticity.
The Bottom Line
RedT Male Testosterone Support is NOT a testosterone booster but it does mildly support a lot of manly things, including testosterone. I apologize for the poorly formulated word play but, you know what? That’s how I feel about RedT Male Testosterone Support – poorly formulated. If you want to give it a shot, it has wide-ranging but weak benefits that might work to your favor but honestly, no matter how cheap this is, my honest advise is to save your money for something better.
