Quick Take: Evolution is a wonderful thing but it’s also a haunting concept to have no idea what we’ll be evolving into. I mean, the once mighty dinosaurs became tiny chickens for freak’s sake. Thankfully though, Testolyze is here to steer our impending evolution towards the right direction by optimizing our hormonal profile to that of an anabolic beast. How, you ask? You’ll have to read the rest of the review to find out.
- A product of the cleverly named Species Evolutionary Nutrition, Testolyze is just one of the many workout supplements under this brand’s belt.
- Touted to be a “Max Testosterone Optimizer”, Testolyze looks to maximize the use of our testosterone by inhibiting its conversion to estrogen and DHT
- With one look at the ingredients list, it’s obvious that Testolyze did good in product quality and quantity. It does have a couple of bad choices though.
- The highest dosed ingredients are Tribulus Terrestris and DAA
- Testolyze is gluten free so all you dudes with gluten allergy are safe
- I couldn’t find Testolyze in GNC but it still is available to buy on the Species Nutrition website and in Amazon. Prices may vary.

Testolyze’s T-Boosters & Other Ingredients
Vitamin B6 – As shown in this rat research, Vitamin B6 depletion leads to lower levels of testosterone. As such, healthy levels of Vitamin B6 seem essential to healthy testosterone levels. This P-5-P form is the best for this vitamin, too.
Zinc – Without Zinc, there would be no testosterone because it’s a raw material required for T synthesis (and release). Monomethionine is one of the better absorbed forms of Zinc but 7.5 mg might be too low to make any major impact on testosterone.
Tribulus Terrestris – Standardized to 40% saponins, Tribulus Terrestris is certainly a formidable libido enhancer but according to this research, it seems to do so without increasing testosterone.
D-Aspartic Acid – Directly impacts testosterone production to a tune of 42% in a matter of 12 days.
Muira Puama – Traditionally used as a libido enhancer but it doesn’t have much science to back it up.
Saw Palmetto – According to this study, most of the fatty acids found in Saw Palmetto “inhibited 5α-reductase activity”.
Stinging Nettle – Similar to Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle also inhibits 5α-reductase, in addition to inhibiting aromatase and SHBG. This, in turn, leads to more “free” testosterone, lesser estrogen, and lesser DHT.
Maca – According to this study, Maca supplements lead to improved libido but does so without necessarily altering hormonal levels.
Indole-3 Carbinol – Indole-3-carbinol or simply 13c is extracted from cruciferous vegetables where it remains inactive until it converts to Diindolylmethane through digestion.
Diindolylmethane – The successor of I3C, Diindolymethane or DIM is a compound that’s been found to inhibit aromatase activity, leading to lower estrogen and more “free” testosterone.
Resveratrol – An antioxidant that also inhibits aromatase activity. In fact, it may actually have better research compared to DIM and I3C.
Ginger – Antioxidant that improves digestion. This allows our bodies to to better absorb and utilize the contents of Testolyze.
Take 6 capsules (1 serving) daily. Because 6 caps seem like a lot to take in just 1 sitting, you may divide it into two 3-capsule doses per day.
Let’s talk about the few derps in the Testolyze formula first
7.5 mg of Zinc is low and to be honest, I feel like Testolyze wasted an opportunity here. And, uhmm, why does Testolyze have I3C when it already has DIM? In my unbiased opinion, I feel like fixing these issues would’ve made Testolyze a more powerful testosterone booster.
Now that those are out, let’s move on to the good things. Dosage overall looks solid and the forms that a lot of these ingredients have look better than crispy pork belly. Shit, now I’m hungry.
The star of the Testolyze formula seems to be Tribulus Terrestris because it has the highest dosage. It’s not very good testosterone booster but for sex drive, it’s the real deal – especially being standardized to 40% saponins! The same can be said for Muira Puama and Maca.
Next on the list is DAA – a powerful and direct natural testosterone booster. With high levels of testosterone though, a lot of it will be converted to either DHT or estrogen and this hormonal imbalance creates side effects like balding (if you have it in your genetics) and tits that look like they were meant for women (aka bitch tits).
Thankfully, Testolyze also has Saw Palmetto and Stinging Nettle. These inhibit testosterone from converting into DHT. Stinging Nettle also partners with DIM and Resveratrol to lower estrogen. The end result is more testosterone and a balanced estrogen and DHT. You know what this means? Depending on how you channel this testosterone spike, you could have more sex, more muscle, or both. Good job, Testolyze!
Did you know? The world of fitness goes way beyond just lifting weights, doing cardio, and eating healthy. It also involves balancing hormones. If you’ve been having a hard time shedding that belly fat even when you’ve done your workouts and cleaned up your diet, you might have high levels of estrogen and/or low testosterone.
This hormonal imbalance makes accumulating fat cells faster and losing weight that much harder. Fortunately, products like Testolyze exist. It may not directly be a fat burner but by calibrating hormones, it helps achieve a leaner physique.
Does it Work?
Of course it does. Wonderfully so, if I might add. Testolyze is legit, bro! However, it’s not a perfect supplement. Because Zinc is dosed too low, the only reliable total testosterone boosters in this stack are Vitamin B6 and DAA. Both of these are great T-boosting supplements but if these are all that Testolyze has for total testosterone, it doesn’t compare to the best test boosters.
The areas that Testolyze does great at though, is sex and hormonal management. With Tribulus, Maca, and Muira Puama, your libido will sky rocket. The aromatase and 5a-reductase inhibitors found in Testolyze also make sure you get less DHT and estrogen in favor or more “free” testosterone so your body can use it to build muscle for bodybuilding or enhance sex drive.
- NO PROP BLEND – When a brand has full confidence in their product, they don’t hide their dosages. Thank you, Testolyze!
- Quality – There’s a significant count of high class ingredients in the Testolyze formula
- Dosage – Aside from Zinc, the overall dose of the formula is on point.
- Gluten Free – Great for the gluten fearing dudes out there
- No side effects – Based on the customer reviews and ratings I’ve seen, there are no major side effects attributed to Testolyze. With the ingredients here though, I wasn’t expecting any.
- Zinc – I wish there was more of it.
- I3C – Can anyone swap this with Tongkat Ali or Fenugreek, please?
- Hard to find – It’s supposedly available on Amazon and the Species Nutrition website but it’s currently out of stock on both retailers.
The Bottom Line
Testolyze stands true to its manufacturers name – Species Evolutionary Nutrition. Testolyze won’t turn you into some kind of diabolical beast but with a formula like this, it could very well be the first step to Alpha Male transformation. If your goal was to boost total and “free” testosterone while also regulating other hormones for sex and muscle, I say give Testolyze a try.
