Quick Take: With a name like PrimalJax and a label that has “Longjax” written on it, you’d think that Long Jack (Tongkat Ali) would be its top ingredient but really, Tongkat Ali is just the 6th prioritized ingredient in an 7-ingredient formula. The ingredients before it are mostly libido boosters. The question now is, does boosted libido equate to boosted test? Read the review and find out.
- A product of BodyTech, PrimalJax is an all natural formula that has pretty good value for the quality of its ingredients
- Horny Goat Weed and Tribulus Terrestris are 2 of its 4 top ingredients but they don’t boost testosterone
- Potent Mucuna Pruriens standardized to 15% L-Dopa seems to be this formula’s primary test booster.
- Tongkat Ali at a concentrated 20:1 extract also boosts testosterone but isn’t getting the same attention as Mucuna Pruriens
- Bacopin, a focus boosting nootropic, adds a cerebral twist to BodyTech PrimalJax
- Available to buy online including Amazon and The Vitamin Shoppe but I couldn’t find it in GNC.

BodyTech PrimalJax’s T-Boosters & Other Ingredients
Horny Goat Weed – Standardized to 10% Icariin and dosed at 500 mg, this herb is both potent and heavy. As the name suggests, it’s meant to make both humans and goats feel frisky but it does so without necessarily boosting testosterone.
L-Arginine – A popular amino acid used in PWO bodybuilding supplements that may indirectly boost testosterone via enhanced circulation. The improved blood flow, however, is better known for the “pumps” that it gets you while working out especially at this heavy 500 mg dose.
Mucuna Pruriens – It’s a fairly new herb in the natural testosterone boosting industry but it’s already showing significant promise. Dosed at a solid 500 mg and standardized to 15% L-Dopa, Mucuna Pruriens increases LH and FSH – hormones that are in-charge of boosting testosterone and sperm respectively.
Tribulus Terrestris – One of the most popular herbs in testosterone boosting products that unfortunately, doesn’t boost test. It does increase androgen sensitivity though, which makes it a pretty good libido booster that might help with muscle growth. Both quality and dosage are looking pretty good.
Macapure – Maca is a research-backed libido booster that unfortunately again, doesn’t boost testosterone. Dosage is a bit on the low end but because it’s potently standardized to 0.6% macamides and macaenes, I believe it should still contribute.
Longjax – Otherwise known as Tongkat Ali, this herb also elevates sex drive especially at this concentrated 20:1 extract. Unlike the other sex enhancers in the BodyTech PrimalJax blend though, Tongkat Ali has actual testosterone boosting value. As research suggests, Tongkat Ali reduces cortisol by 16% while also increasing testosterone by 37%.
Bacopin – More nootropic than testosterone booster, Bacopin promotes enhanced cerebral circulation for laser sharp focus. This focus, of course, can be easily channeled in the gym for more effective workouts.
Grape Seed – Because it contains Resveratrol, Grape Seed may increase circulation via nitric oxide production.
BodyTech PrimalJax Directions
Each serving of BodyTech PrimalJax consists of 4 capsules. However, as BodyTech instructs, these capsules aren’t to be taken at the same time.
BodyTech suggests taking two (2) capsules of PrimalJax in the morning and another two (2) caps at night for a total of (4) capsules per day. Also, cycling “on” for 3-4 weeks followed by a 1-2 weeks “off” cycle is recommended.
First of all, prop blends suck so I’m exhilarated there isn’t a single one here as BodyTech discloses all the dosages of every single ingredient in PrimalJax. Moreover, these said ingredients and their dosages are pretty darn solid. Right off the bat, BodyTech PrimalJax already looks like a pretty good supplement. Let’s check out what’s inside the capsules and analyze their benefits.
Horny Goat Weed, L-Arginine, Mucuna Pruriens, and Tribulus Terrestris are this formula’s heaviest dosed ingredients. Together, they make you feel “good” but feeling frisky doesn’t necessarily equate to massive boosts in testosterone.
Unfortunately, the only ingredient among the 4 with legit testosterone boosting potential is Mucuna Pruriens. Although L-Arginine (and Grape Seed) might indirectly boost testosterone, their use makes more sense in PWO supplements.
The theme of the next two ingredients, Maca and Tongkat Ali, is similar to the last four in that they’re both primarily libido boosters with a little bit of bodybuilding and testosterone benefits from Tongkat Ali.
Bacopin, a nootropic, is a rare addition in testosterone boosting stacks but one that I think is warranted if you’re a man who loves bedroom and gym activity. The enhanced focus could get you pleasing your lady better or lifting weights with more intensity.
Does it Work?
All in all, I think BodyTech PrimalJax is a decent man-enhancing supplement with a primary focus on boosting libido rather than testosterone. You see, out of the 8 ingredients, only Mucuna Pruriens and Tongkat Ali, to me, qualify as testosterone boosters. The rest, well, let’s just say you’ll be wanting to have sex more often than you usually do.
So, back to the question. Does it work? Sure, but I’m not placing BodyTech PrimalJax among the best supplements for testosterone. If we’re talking about libido though, then it’s right up there. BodyTech PrimalJax could also help your muscles grow from the enhanced focus and circulation but I think you could get more value from your money if you buy a separate PWO if that’s your only purpose.
- Quality – The forms of the ingredients in BodyTech PrimalJax are legit potent.
- Dosage – Decent dosages across the board.
- Mucuna Pruriens – A promising natural test booster given a solid dose and top-shelf quality.
- Reviews – Granted, there aren’t much customer reviews available online but the ones I found generally speak highly of BodyTech PrimalJax.
- All natural – Mother Nature would be proud. Also, this means lesser chances of encountering side effects.
- None T boosting ingredients – For a testosterone boosting stack, BodyTech PrimalJax has too much ingredients that don’t actually boost test.
- Limited feedback – There’s probably no need for me to explain this.
The Bottom Line
Although BodyTech PrimalJax has solid dosages and ingredients with top-grade qualities, it still doesn’t rival the best test booster on the market. Replacing the the non-testosterone boosting ingredients such as Tribulus and Maca with ingredients that’re science backed to improve T status (like Vitamin D, Zinc, and DAA), this product could’ve taken a whole new look. Either way, if all you’re after is an average boost in testosterone with a massive kick in sex drive, BodyTech PrimalJax may just be supplement you were looking for.
